The innovative Cold Foil ennobling technique uses offset technology to apply a metallic gold or silver film to the paper surface, which is enhanced and embellished with a luminous and even three-dimensional finish. We can equip the cases with instructions that can be read by the visually impaired using Braille writing.
1947
The Fabbri family founds the first fully automatic fashion packaging factory in Italy. IndustrialBox, then called Scatolificio Boriani, is established in Quarto Inferiore, Bologna.
1971-1972
As one of Italy’s pioneers, IndustrialBox imports and installs American FMC machines for the automatic production of lined boxes. Production is moved to San Giorgio di Piano.
1980
In Cesena, Giancarlo Baccolini, Gianni Gianferrari, Tiziana Garattoni, and Leo Casalboni sets up an innovative company specialised in the ennobling of flimsy paper. Velincart is born
1984
Using new, increasingly modern and efficient machinery, Velincart enters the table linen market, quickly becoming the sector leader.
1987
Carlo Gregori takes over IndustrialBox: the new entrepreneurial strategy makes the company a reference point for packaging in the heart of the footwear districts of Veneto, Marche and Tuscany.
1996
Velincart inaugurates the new and more modern plant in San Carlo di San Vittore, which is capable of accommodating several lines and increased production volumes.
2000
continues to grow: with an increasingly well established and now wide and diversified range of products and services, it moves to the Argelato production site.
2000-2001
Pack+, established in Castello Di Godego, immediately stands out for its entrepreneurial and technological profile focused on the production of boxes for the cosmetic and parapharmaceutical sectors.
2006
IndustrialBox, now one of the most qualified companies in the Italian and international packaging industry, participates in its first ‘Emballage’ international trade fair in Paris
2007
As a precursor of eco-sustainable printing, IndustrialBox is the first Italian company to bet on cold foil by installing the first 7-colour Heidelberg with Foil Star lamination.
2008
IndustrialBox receives the prestigious Fedrigoni award, an accolade assigned to paper products of particular value and significance.
2009-10
As part of a constant pursuit of innovation and development, Pack+ modernises its production lines with the installation of a printing machine and a die cutter
2016-18
For three consecutive years, Pack+ receives the CONAI award for the best and most innovative packaging environmental sustainability solutions.
2017
Continuous research into materials, shapes and ennobling enables IndustrialBox to win the 2017 Print Oscar for the Ennoblings and Special Supports’ category.
2019
Pack+ is among the 145 environmentally-friendly companies in Italy. It is awarded the CONAI award for prevention thanks to the results achieved in CO2 saving and the reduction of energy and water consumption.
2019
Industrialbox and Pack+ join the IndustrialPack project, thereby creating the Luxury Packging Division and Health Care & Pharma Division.
